As your weddingplanner I will take on all the planning in preparation of your special day. On the day itself I will be present to make sure everything runs smoothly and as planned. Planning a wedding is a custom job. Together we’ll decide what you want me to focus on most and what your wishes are. Some examples of what my tasks could be:
– Planning and organising your wedding from A-Z
– Budget monitoring
– Finding the best venue(s) and suppliers
– Negotiating with suppliers
– Invitations and RSVP’s
– Point of contact for all guests and suppliers
– Creating a personal and complete wedding script for the day itself
– Optional: creating a personal wedding website
– Any other thing that will help you relax and enjoy the fact that you’re getting married!
Package starts at €3500,- excluding taxes.
* Planning your wedding is all about customisation. That means that the price of this service depends on different factors: how big is your wedding going to be, 1 day or a wedding weekend, do you want to keep it minimal or go super extra? etc.
* If your budget does not allow it to hire me as your weddingplanner from A-Z, you can take a look at my master of ceremonies service or a wedding consult.
* Wild Weddings & Events is all about thinking outside the box. Contact me if you want something different than my ‘standard’ service. I’m more than happy to brainstorm with you!
